  Mall Monster
Mall Monster is one of the most addicting freeware games I have played. You play as a young boy who is trapped in a mall. There is one thing about the mall however. A monster is lurking in the darkness hunting you down. Your job is to escape the monster with you live. You do this by moving with the arrow keys, sneaking and running with the right Ctrl and right Shift keys, and using your items by pressing the space bar. You can also cycle through the items you have by using the < and > keys. The graphics in mall monster are average and the sound in the game isn't bad either. However, where the game really excels is in the gameplay. It focuses a lot on stealth, making it so if you run, the monster will most likely hear you and hunt you down. When the monster does hear you, your heart starts to beat and if you don't calm yourself, you will faint. This adds a lot to the game. Bottom line - This game is great and addicting. However, it will make you angry a lot. It is very difficult and may have you with bruised knuckles from punching the wall. (I did when I had all the keys and was about to exit the level. Nevertheless, the monster ate me)
