INDIVIDUAL GAME LISTING
  Super Secret Ninja
Running along the ceiling and slicing foes as an awesome ninja is fun, but real ninjas use stealth. Stealth is the name of the game in Super Secret Ninja, where you must make your way through each randomly-generated level without being seen ten times. If you're seen...well, your "enemies" won't do a thing, except for turning red. Sure, real ninjas do occasionally have to use a weapon, and being caught usually results in a dangerous battle, sometimes death, but SSN doesn't try to be realistic. SSN's ninja prefers a ninja rope over a bloody, sharpened sword, making for an addictive, arcadey game. Some of the things in SSN could use some work, though. First off, the gameplay takes some getting used to, as it's almost impossible to succeed without using your ninja rope as a pole vault (by standing on the ground and pressing down+ctrl). This isn't much of a problem after 15 minutes of play, but it's very annoying at first. Second of all, there's no sound at all, and your enemies move back and forth without animation. Gameplay is really all that matters, but those who appreciate good graphics and sound will undoubtedly be disappointed. The game remains fun, though. Overall, SSN can be a fun game, if you don't feel the need to slice your foes or instantly get the hang of it. Plus, its 54 KB size means that it will literally take a second to download, no matter how slow your connection. Therefore, I recommend it to fans of ninjas and arcade games.
PC REQUIREMENTS: Should play on almost any PC
