Falcon's Eye  
Falcon's Eye is a frontend for Nethack. In general, game frontends, variations, and add-ons do not receive reviews on GameHippo. However, Falcon's Eye is almost a completely different game. Falcon's Eye runs with Nethack as a base. Unlike Nethack, Falcon's Eye contains high quality graphics and a GUI which is considerably easier to use than that of Nethack. Those who are skilled in Nethack will find that though Falcon's Eye contains all of the many features and commands of Nethack, it also contains simpler ways to access such commands. As with most Rogue-like RPG's, Falcon's Eye is very flexible about what your character can do in the game. You can scratch words into the ground, pray to your gods, sacrifice or eat corpses (which will often cause food poisoning), buy and sell items, or even break into vaults and steal money. Falcon's Eye is one of the most impressive Rogue-likes I've seen. It is theoretically possible to accomplish your god-given mission in this game, but it is very hard and takes hours of work.

Hexagem 
In Hexagem, your goal is to create groups of as many gems of the same color as possible. Each turn lasts 30 seconds during which you can slide any active gems around like with a sliding puzzle. Before the turn is up, you must choose to deactivate any set of two or more gems in order to earn points. This game features nice graphics and sound.

Hornado
Hornado is a side-scrolling shooting game. The game does lack music but has no other real flaws that I could see. Your goal is to fly through space in your ship and destroy enemies just like in most other games. You can collect various power-ups and the power-ups are cumulative. The game contains high quality graphics, high quality sound, challenging levels, and powerful bosses. Your weapon has the ability to powerup to increase strength but it is often more effective to collect power for your normal weapons.
This update adds music to the game.

I've got some BALLS
This 3D action game rocks! Maneuver a ball through 12 challenging levels, gathering all diamonds along the way. The ball, which changes color when it passes through a colored gate, can be red, green, yellow, or blue. Each color has a unique ability. Use the space bar to activate the ball's special power. It takes some time to get used to controlling the ball, so don't give up! This game features DirectX compatibility with all cards, 3d Studio level converters for map making, multiple resolution settings, outstanding 3D graphics, high quality sound, and more! It even has a special option to accommodate "AMD 3D Now!" and "SSE" users. 5 additional levels and a high scores list are available at the author's site. Laser Kombat
You control a laser equipped tank. You try to shoot or drown other tanks without being in the direct line of sight. This means you often have to hide behind mirrors and other stuff. This game is very similar to LaserTank but LaserTank emphasizes quantity whereas Laser Kombat emphasizes quality. As such, Laser Kombat has more impressive graphics and the levels are all fun to play.
