  Super Transball 2
When I first saw Super Transball 2 (henceforth known as ST2), I was quite uncertain as to what to expect. However, I shortly realized that this was a game not one to be missed! Now, there are no fancy graphics and the sounds could do with some improvement, but that just doesn't matter while playing this awesome game! Your goal is to successfully fly through and past various obstacles (you can chose between 3 different ships for this) and then get the "ball" (in game it's referred to as a sphere). To get the ball you must face it straight on and then hold down the "attractor" key for a few seconds. The ball will then turn blue, so you know the ball is "attracted" to you and will follow you. You might think youre done now, but that is not the case! You must now turn around and go back again through all the baddies and such that are trying to stop you while leading the ball this time. Your final goal is to lead the ball all the way to the upper part of the screen. While doing this you must keep in mind your fuel and remember to re-fuel whenever you can. The different obstacles I was talking about previously include: cannons, lasers, tanks, drills, doors with switches and so on. I'm not sure if there's more, but I only got to level 11 so I would think so. As mentioned earlier, the graphics are not great. There's not much detail and they're just not that pretty to look at. Another complaint I have is that some images that just look like background props are actually objects with collision detection. Therefor, it's very easy to mix these up and crash. An example of this is the rock in the beginning of level 5. The sounds are also not the best and I thought quite bland. However, I didn't really care while playing the game, it was just so fun and difficult! There's also an in-game story that I won't go into much detail about. It's just the same old saving mankind and so forth. Anyway, I thought this game was incredibly fun and addictive, however, if fancy graphics and sound are important to you, you may not think the same. Notes: There's also a map editor available at the author's homepage along with top-scores and replays.

This game was created in an attempt to make a really small game. Despite the small size, this is an impressive and fun arcade game. Your goal is to shoot everything using your weapon while picking up any power-ups you can find to improve your weapon and character. If you find the exit, you win the game. This game has nice music and gameplay but the game is way too short due to the author's attempts at making the game as small as possible. However, it is well worth a download nonetheless. This tiny game is an PC clone of the classic Amiga game called Turrican by Manfred Trenz in 1990 at Factor5 (factor5.com)

  Tanks 3D
This is a very enjoyable game, where you play as a tank in an 'arena' competing against the computer or against your friends online or through the game's LAN capabilities. Your objective is plain and simple: seek, shoot destroy. You have four weapons with which you eliminate your opponents. I haven't tried out the multiplayer, but it seemed easy to initiate. The menu system is very nice, and you can set your controls and graphics modes. The game has nice graphics, with distance fog and good textures. Fun for quite some time, and the AI is quite smart, they constantly try to team up on you and corner you. All in all, a fun game to play, with great features in such a small size. Only critisism in the lack of choice of vehicles and spelling of Okay as Okey ;). Nice.

  Teppodon
Teppodon, the sequel to Teppoman, is a great platform-shooter. For those who haven't played Teppoman, here's a basic overview of the gameplay: You run through the levels rescuing hostages and killing any enemy that gets in your way, trying to reach the flag to get to the next level. The enemies are sort of stupid, but not cheap, and will only see you when you step into their range of view. The gameplay in Teppodon remains generally the same as in its prequel. However, there are vast improvements as well. Your character and your enemies are now soldiers, instead of clay figures. The enemies are tougher, have more health, and get quicker reflexes as the game goes on. They will chase you, instead of just staying in a set area. There are more weapons, like an awesome minigun. You can now carry three weapons and a knife, instead of just one. You get health for rescuing hostages The environments are more detailed. The list goes on... I'm sure you'd notice many more improvements that I haven't mentioned if you played the game. There was only one thing I was truly disappointed about in Teppodon, and that is the ability to use stealth. In Teppoman, sneaking up on an enemy and punching them in the back of the head was an instant kill, and in this game, you must stab them five times to kill them. By that time, half of your health will be lost. Also, switching and dropping weapons is mildy annoying. You play the game with the right side of the keyboard. You switch and drop weapons with the A and S keys, on the left side of the keyboard. It's a pain to switch to a better weapon or drop a weapon with empty ammo, so be prepared before jumping into a gunfight. The only other thing that you may not like about Teppodon is the difficulty. If you thought Teppoman was hard, wait until you try Teppodon. This game will frustrate you to the point of insanity. After dying time after time on a level, I literally screamed and pounded my keyboard. I'd rather the game be hard than easy, but you may not like such a tough challenge. The bottom line is this: If you liked Teppoman, you'll like Teppodon even more. If you didn't like Teppoman, then it's not likely that Teppodon will change your mind. If you've never played either, I reccommend you check them both out.
PC REQUIREMENTS: A fairly new PC, maybe 2 or 3 years old

  Tetrinet 1
This neat tetris clone is different in a good sense. You can play tetris with other people online as you chat with them. Apart from the regular blocks there are a handful of special blocks which makes the game even more exciting. It may be a little difficult to understand the game in the beginning. You will need to connect to server first, which can be a server of your choice. This download the Tetrifast add-on, a special version of Tetrinet for use on Tetrifast servers.
